Denis Moncada, the chancellor of Nicaragua, condemned this August 19, the Government of the united States by funding and promoting actions “separatists” in provinces and autonomous regions of the people's Republic of China, through the National endowment for Democracy (NED, for its acronym in English).
“Currently, the NED, as arm interventional of the United Statesinvests large sums to fund programs against the People's Republic Of China to encourage the implementation of separatist activities and promote actions to undermine the political security and social stability in provinces and autonomous regions, which are part of and belong historically to the people's Republic of China,” said Moncada.

In this sense, Moncada stated that the u.s. intervention reported by Beijing it is a violation of the principles of international law and of the charter of the Organization of the United Nations (UN).
